Settler Spirits offers a single-malt, smooth sipping moonshine that is distilled from locally grown barley and aged in restored Port barrels in our carefully-monitored aging cellars at our distillery in McLaren Vale, South Australia.
Once it’s been in the barrels for more than two years, we can start calling it Whisky. Until then, it’s still a full-bodied moonshine perfect with soda, water or on the rocks. It’s available at all of our distributors throughout Australia, or you can order it online and have it delivered right to your door in time for your next party or social get-together.
