Settlers Rare Dry Gin

This gin is fun in a glass! Driven by the aromatics of orange and lemon myrtle and finishing with native pepper berry. A classic London dry gin style.

Garnishes
Try a slice of lime and a small piece of fresh thyme or
A twist of orange zest and a small piece of fresh rosemary or, even better,
a slice of ripe mango with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper
Other botanicals include juniper, coriander, caraway, cucumber and muntrie berries (native to South Australia)

Tasting Notes
The citrus bouquet is fresh and juicy with lemon myrtle and orange peel. A vibrantly spicy, nicely poised fresh citrus mid palate with a peppery finish.

    Clear with a silvery blush

“Clear with a silvery blush. Citrus accented bouquet is fresh and juicy almost obscuring evidence of juniper. Further aeration adds lemon verbena to grapefruit/mandarin peel. A light creamy entry preludes a vibrantly spicy, nicely poised citrus/pine needle mid palate with with juicy lemonade gelato on the finish. Finishes peppery, super fresh, piney, dry and long. A well crafted and approachable nouveau style.”

    Aromas of lemon meringue

“Aromas of lemon meringue, orange cake and savoury spice with a sweetness. The palate shows lemon myrtle, orange candy, pepper with a chalky mouthfeel. Dry finish.”
